No internet, openreach won't connect

Hi, spent all morning trying to sort this issue but been unsuccessful so thought I'd try here for help.

I've had no internet all morning with the dsl light on the openreach box just flashing as it tries to connect.

I've tried connecting manual directly to the openreach box with my username and password and it still isn't connecting.

Just wanted to check if the username is normally USERNAME@plusdsl.net and the password is my normal password for logging into my plusnet account?

Please could you look into this?

If the DSL light is flashing it's likely to be a fault.

I'd recommend raising it here

Maybe a stupid question, but my support ticket latest update has been marked as "off hold" - does this mean the ticket has finished or it means something is being investigated currently?

Also it says the next support point is on Saturday 11th June- I have to wait this long to get my internet back?
