hi
I have a problem with internet connection for 2 days now, no internet at all times.
Doesn't seems to be a hardware problems, because everything worked normal. Restarded and reseted router, nothing helps on any devices.

My colleague picked up your case on Saturday and raised a fault for you, looks like there's a disconnection on the phone side of things. We hope to have this resolved by 09/11/2016. Let us know how the connection gets on.
