Upgraded my PN Internet to fibre which was activated today. Internet was working ok this morning (although my speed was still slow). Checked my account & upgrade to fibre has gone through, however whilst I was online my connection suddenly dropped and for the last 3 hours or so I have had no internet. The hub has flashing orange light, with flashing red broadband signal, which is telling me I have no internet.
i didnt want to turn off my router just yet to see if it will reconnect, & hope this does not mean there is a fault somewhere. I cannot check & am relying on my mobile phone to access internet for the time being.
any help/advice from PN would be grateful.
Update @21:28 This issue appears to be resolved, due to a problem with a telephone extension in my house. Thank-you to Chris at Plusnet for your help earlier this evening.
