No internet connection

Internet went off last night at around 10, still not working now. Hub One router lights change from green to flashing green to blue when power on the router (as it normally would). However no internet via wireless or Ethernet, then after about thirty seconds light goes to flashing orange.
Is there any way to check if this is a line fault (checked service status and nothibg relevant on there) or a hardware problem?
