No internet connection

Hi PlusNet

My internet connection died some time 14:00-14:30 and is still offline. Can you diagnose please?

I have been having intermittent coverage but it is now down for good.

It looks like your line is currently affected by an outage in your local area, currently we're being advised this should be resolved around 4.30pm.

As it is an exchange (or area based) issue then it is probably tracked on Zen Internet's support pages  https://status.zen.co.uk/broadband/
