Hi, I woke up this morning and it looks like my connection dropped off in the middle of the night. Everything was working the day before.
The router is showing a no connection light. I have tried rebooting and that had not worked. Please help as I need my internet for work.

You can check if there’s a local outage here https://status.zen.co.uk/broadband/
If not you can raise a fault at https://faults.plus.net and that will go through some basic checks on your line.
