No internet connection

We have no internet corgis morning. Have reset both modem and router but no change. Am connected to Wrexham North exchange with Fibre Plus. Any ideas?

That should have read "connection " - not sure how "corgis" got there!

We're currently seeing a connection, it did drop for around a minute but seems to have come back up.

Seems to be back on now. Will keep my eye on it thanks.

Had to switch off and on my iPhone and iPad to get the internet working. Strange!
