No internet connection for last couple of days and also constant disconnection before this

Hi,

I have had no internet most of this week and when i could connect it would disconnect.

Please is anyone else having same problems in Worcester , UK ? 

Also please fix it plus net i need to be online for my cisco course and c++ courses.
