No internet connection concentrator not reachable.

Got a technicolor tg582n, no wireless internet connection on my laptop for the last 2 hours, internet light off the router, rebooted router, didn't do anything, gone into router and tried to reconnect from there, got Concentrator Not Reachable error and also when I tried to connect from the router, the internet connection light on the router turns red.
What could be wrong with my internet connection?

Yes, I started this thread then I remembered something similar happened a few months ago and eventually remembered what it was, then I checked my phone line. My phone line was down again. Will have to remember this next time it happens again.

Engineer came this morning, and phone line was repaired.

Now everything is working fine.
