I took the offer to upgrade my account in March, and received a mail on 23rd March saying it was complete. Since then, I have used the BTWholesale speedchecker periodically to check the line speed and there has been no change at all.
BT show my maximum linespeed as ~39Mb, my measured speed is ~36Mb, Unlimited Fibre Extra promised an estimated download of 49-70mb.
Can someone help please ?
