No fibre coming down but connected

My broadband has stopped working on all devices, I'm a techy so tried everything even dns change n no resolve, I'm having to stand outside in cold to post this what's up n when will it be fixed?

seems its back on - obviously an OR linesman not knowing what he's doing lol
