No fibre available

BT said OR should let us know by the end of the week. I've used my phone number and still get the same results. I've had fibre before.

Update

Spoken to BT on the phone and they said they need to update fibre on their system they have issue on their end.

I can't get fibre with Plusnet also can Plusnet staff see why not and update it on their systems please?

The PlusNet system uses the OpenReach database so until it's updated FTTC won't show up.

The BT wholesale checker is owned by BT but run by OR? Is this correct or the other way round?

The BTWholesale checker is managed by BTWholesale but the results are fed from the Openreach database.

So who do you contact to sort this issue?

You've already done it. You've contacted BT who have spoken to OpenReach.

Follow up with them to see what the current status is.

BT wholesale have updated their records now and it States the fibre speeds .
