No engineer available to complete switch to fibre.

Ordered fibre on the 18th. Plusnet pinged a confirmation to me that the change over would be carried out today the 25th. Waited, waited and finally contacted Plusnet to be told sorry, no engineer available until 2nd Feb. Huh?? No communication from anyone. Well done BT. Never fail to disappoint. Plusnet, get your act together.

Apologies for the delay in getting your fibre order completed.

In fairness to our suppliers, they'd have advised the order is committed for the 2nd February within 24 hours of us placing the order. Sorry that this information wasn't relayed over to you.
