No connection

Hi getting "concentrator not reachable" when trying to connect.
have rebooted router and open reach box, still the same.
any advice.

I've carried out some remote work which should fix this.
Can you try rebooting your router?

I saw the same error yesterday. Restarted everything and walked through the diagnosis steps from the support pages - including connecting a pc directly to the modem. A call was apparently logged though I can't see this anywhere on the website. A chat with an agent confirmed that a call was logged.

I don't think they have the details on a individual cabinet by cabinet basis I'm afraid.
They're still working on it and we should know more in the next 24 hours.
