No connection

Hi guys. Swapped over to plusnet today. I've had the emails and texts to say everything complete. I just can get any Internet connection. Orange light. Flashing red b. Broadband username is setup@. I have changed that to broadband username on sheet. Still nothing. Unhappy family and lost wages. Not happy.

There were multiple attempts of "incorrect password" in our logs yesterday. It looks as though the connection is on now though. Please let us know if we can assist further.
