No connection for 48hrs, constant orange light on plusnet one router

Hi, connection dropped on Sunday night and hasn't been back since. The router just displays a constant orange (non-flashing) light.

I've done about a thousand factory resets to no avail, tried multiple cables/test socket but it's still not working.

Logged a fault on Sunday night and also spoke to tech the next day and have to wait 72hrs for them to take a look. 

Problem is, I'm working from home and need an internet connection and I'm sure others are in the same boat. There's only so much data I can use on my mobile as a hotspot!

 

Question is, anyone had the same issue as this? I've read it's an authentication issue but what was needed to fix it? Was an engineer visit required?

Can any plusnet staff on the forum help?

So it's now past 72hrs and nothing has been done with my fault ticket.

Day 4 of no connection, which I need to work from home! This is unacceptable!

Are there any staff on this forum any more?
