No confirmation of switching date

Hi,

I placed an order on Monday 6th April to switch to a fibre connection (I was an existing Plusnet customer). The router arrived the day after which was great but I was told on the phone I would be contacted with a switching date and have so far not had any communication following this. Have tried getting through on the phones this morning but it's currently not accepting any calls. I don't want to try my new router in case something goes wrong and I can't use my existing one so please can someone advise how long it usually takes for the switch to take place?

Fix
Try entering your telephone number into the link below, and see if there any open orders. You can plug your new router in and use that untill fibre is activated.
