No broadband

I have recently moved to plusnet and since last night have had no connection to the Internet despite the router still giving a wifi signal

Our tests are showing your connection is down but it isn't showing any particular cause.
Have you tried a reset/reboot of the router?

Hi yeah I have tried that several times it has been down since Sunday night have tried rebooting and connecting to the modem to try and see if it was a router problem but still no luck
