No broadband

Hello, I recently switched from bt to plusnet, they said my existing phone line with bt would go active by 13/11/2015. That is working fine, how ever the broadband is not' it was due to be active by midnight 14/11/2015' when I track my order it says 'checking your line' could someone please help me as to why my broadband didn't go active' also I haven't received any texts to let me know it has gone active.. Thank - you
