No broadband or internet

Hi,
I accidentally unplugged my BT modem very briefly last night. This appears to have stopped my broadband and internet from working. I have unplugged both my BT modem and my Plusnet 2704N modem for a period of time to try to reset it but my broadband light still doesn’t light up and my internet light is red. All 3 lights do come on correctly on my BT modem. Any ideas please?

Hi there. I'm sorry to hear your service has stopped working.

This is a relatively easy fix. Can you factory reset the Plusnet router by pushing a paperclip into the reset hole at the back for about 10 seconds? You should then be back online after waiting for a few moments.
