No broadband for last few hours!

I've had no broadband connection this morning, first noticed about 2 hours ago.

Status page indicates no issues with fibre broadband at all so either that is way out of date or it's just me that has an issue.

Can any staff members let me know if there are any issues in my area (Cannock, staffs) and if so, when it is likely to be fixed.

I live in Cannock also and have no problems at all. I would suggest checking for dial tone on your phone.

Already checked the phone, no issues there.

Hub has been flashing orange for ages though now.

Ok, managed to get through on live chat. Apparently there is an issue which could take till 8pm this evening to resolve.

Great!! Bank holiday and kids are gonna be complaining that they can't play their online games today. They're going to have to go outside instead for a change! 😂

Yes it came back on mid afternoon, no problems since then.
