Just had a chat with your support advisors. They refuse to acknowledge a problem with the line, despite the blinking red broadband light. The lady said "it cannot authenticate" which is why it is blinking. But I think this is BS as if I disconnect the line altogether it does the same thing. So to me it means no line at all and not an authentication issue.
Will someone PLS look at this seriously and stop waisting my time with resetting the router???
PS: Openreach doing excavation work outside my flat... What are the chances this is to blame???
