No New Router Yet

I'm being upgraded to Fibre Broadband on Monday (Sep. 21) but no sign yet of a new router. Have tried contacting PlusNet provisioning by phone but, as I have no direct number, the double dose of background music and the prolonged time waiting on hold are intolerable. Can some kind PlusNet person let me know the current status?
