Our service is off. Router is fine and all settings good. Rebooted etc. But no Internet
No service issues reported at PN

All modem lights green so it's a waiting game. PN helpline will be red hot later so I won't add to the queue.

Same here sine 1am. I seem to be getting a signal but no ip information

As I'm in Kendal Cumbria. It's obviously unrelated. The infrastructure here is outdated and a poor excuse. I get it, it's BTs problem really but because it works when they test it, it's ok! But in reality for the end user we have 1990s underground telephone wire supplying FTC that is over subscribed. The current issue though seems to be unrelated to that and there is just no service at this time. The phone dial tone sounds good.

Same here in milton Keynes, dsl light on modem however the conneted router wont connect with plusnet credentials.

Back here as well. Same as you, about 01:00 to 06:30.

Must remember to turn my phone wifi hotspot off and reconnect the tablet to the router.

These ArloQ cameras are ideal for checking when the web goes down as their led chenges from deep blue to light magenta.

Thanks for letting us know - I will be going over to my parents (South East London) shortly so I will check our PlusNet connection.

EDIT: Just checked my sister who is over there and ours seems to be fine.
