So at some point today my internet completely disconnected. Possibly around three pm. Arrived home, broadband light flashing red, no dial tone at all. Seems pretty dead.
This is after two weeks of not using my plusnet hub because of the weird Chromecast audio issue that was crashing my router and for which I only just managed to resolve. Now back online with the hub one for a day and the entire line seems dead!
Now a 45 minute call wait?! And the chat and ticket service seems down as well.
