No Internet, Secured

Hi, we had plusnet fibre fitted 2 weeks ago. It's been working fine on our phones, tablets, tv etc. Today I have tried to connect my work laptop and it connects fine, but then says 'no internet, secured'.

Does anyone have any suggestions for fixing this?

Hi there,


It might be that your work machine is set to connect to a VPN or might be trying to connect over a proxy that only allows connections to certain websites.


Have you checked your browser settings to make sure that's not the case
