No Internet - Router colour is Orange

Hi my plusnet internet went down last night, I have followed all the online help, tried to call the support after 9AM but it says calls cannot be taken and directs me to this forum. I need to Internet to work from home. Please raise a fault/support ticket and investigate the issue, thank you.

Thank you for reporting the fault via the link. I can see that our faults team have picked this up and an engineer visit has been arranged so that this can be investigated further.

I've had this a few ties today too....switching the router off for a few mins SOMETIMES restores connection for a couple of hours..
