No Internet, Flaky connections and speeds around 1/3 of promised of what is paid

for months the internet connection is regularly flaky, and the speed is between 4 and 14 mega - the best i got was 17 - while on a fibre contract that guarantees 33. And finally - now there is no internet connection at all - and also no service: not chat, no phone no nothing ... but there are no problems in continuing to take the payments out for a service that is at best a third of what I am paying for.
