No Internet - Can't Establish PPP Session Authentication Issue .

I guess the obvious things are checking the phone line for a dial tone. Replace the filter if you have a spare one. If you are running the router off a extension lead/plug, try plugging it directly into the master socket. Other things you can do is plug just the one computer into the router using a ethernet cable and disabling the wifi on the router. You could also check your area to see if the service is down at the moment...Perhaps a call to PlusNet and ask them if they can check the line for you...

Sounds like a hung PPP connection. This should resolve itself over a few hours but if not I guess it would be best to call in.
