No Internet Access

Got my activation date for Plusnet fibre broadband and thenword that it was up and running .I have tried and 36 hours later I have still no internet .Have had no issues with sky broadband previously and talk talk so dont see how it can be my internal wiring plus the phone line works fine absolutely clear .Test socket same result no internet orange light and broadband flashing red .I have factory reset router I have double checked connections it is properly set up .Could someone help i think i have made a major error switching from sky .I called someone from plusnet yesterday evening who raised a ticket but haven't heard anything today so when should I contact Plusnet again .Lack of broadband is not going to kill me but it is annoying!
