No Guaranteed minimum speed at signup

Hi,
I signed up to Plusnet fibre broadband last night. I got an email shortly afterwards saying...

"Your Minimum Guaranteed Speed wasn't available at the point you placed the order but we'll continue to place your order as agreed with you."

Is there any way of getting this?

@adjmain  Welcome to the forum.

It might depend on whether there's an existing line or if it's connected to a LLU supplier. Can you get a range of speeds if you put your phone number in here?  https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL

If so the minimum calculated speed and handback threshold will at least give you a clue.
