No Fibre Broadband

Hello,
My fibre connection gave up on Thursday and I have reported the fault.  There was some response on Thursday but nothing since, is it possible to know when I might get my Internet back?

Our suppliers are wanting to send a engineer out to investigate further.
We have from Tuesday to Saturday next week with the choice of two timeslots.
AM (8am while 1pm) and PM (1pm while 6pm)
If you can let me know when your available I'll get it booked for you.

If you can post your ticket number, I'll have a look.
Without checking though, if you haven't had a call or a text to confirm, it hasn't been booked. We'd also request you put the time slot on the ticket itself just in case the faults team pick it up first.

I got a text last night asking when an engineer can call which I replied to (Today am or pm, tomorrow am) and I have heard nothing more.
