Good afternoon,
My ex wife and children have Plusnet unlimited fibre broadband which I set up and pay for and whilst they very rarely have any issues, they have had no internet connection since midday yesterday.
Phone line is working, all connections ok but there is a red light flashing and the broadband light is flashing.
I have also got them to reset the router but still the same issues.
Router is 2704n
Can anybody give me some advice please?

Have tried phoning (I gave up) and tried online chat (threw me out twice and now it says 'chat is offline').
Just spoke to my son, still no connection. We have done the restart, it went green, then went to blue and then flashed orange again with the broadband sign flashing.
Got him to reset the router, again, went green and then blue and stayed blue for approx 40 seconds before flashing orange again.
Is there anybody that can help considering I can't actually get hold of anyone on the phone?
