Good morning Plusnet,
Logged a fault yesterday - No DSL Light on Openreach Modem
Fault ID 94928
It's saying "Our tests have found a fault with your broadband service"
CSC - FTTC Faults - No Sync and that they'll be an update on Thursday 23rd April 3pm which is unacceptable!
Please can you let me know what the options are for resolving this?
I've tried contacting via Twitter - no reply
So I'll try here!
