No DHCP for new devices

Hub one used to work but now will not serve addresses to any new device.  ALL old devices work but new ones.  It will sit for ever after authentication with waiting for IP address.  I have reset, I have checked DHCP range (default) so about 190 addresses of which I have used about 30.  Tried resetting range and setting back again but nothing works.

Re: No DHCP for new devices

Have you connected anything else to your network that could also be acting as a DHCP server, e.g. wireless access point/extender, LAN switch?

Re: No DHCP for new devices

Hi @john348, thanks for your post.

The first thing we'd look at trying would be a factory reset of the router which can be done by pressing a pin, cocktail stick etc.. into the reset hole on the back of the router for 5-15 seconds. You should see the router reboot and then within a few minutes hopefully this should have resolved the issue you're seeing.

Please let us know how you get on.
