No Connection

I have had no internet connection whatsoever for around 4 weeks. I have followed all of the troubleshoot guides, used whatever info I can find in the forums and tried ringing multiple times. My hub only gets a blue light when it is connected through setup@plusdsl.net and does not connect at all when using my username through the hub manager.
Can anyone assist further?
