No Broadband

New customer to Plusnet, had an email from Plusnet 24 hours ago telling me my broadband was connected and ready to use, here I am still with no connection. Tried to contact Plusnet, online help is unavailable, phone just rings and rings. Not a very good start to my Plusnet experience. Would complain but can't contact anyone.
