My broadband went down nearly two weeks ago. Support did organise for a BT engineer to visit who have tested and found the fault to be with Plus Net. I called support who had put the fault on hold for a couple of days until last Saturday morning. I called yesterday and was promised a call from the faults team within 4 hours which did not happen. Called again today but had to come off hold to go to work.
I’ve reset the router several times, manually entered the login details. Tried connecting through the master socket all without success.
