Ever since Friday 13th November the Broadband has been down, I have gone through the troubleshooting process and have had my question sent of and said that they would look into the problem. I have yet to hear back with any form of information on what the situation is. Even if they could tell me that the problem will take longer than first thought, it would just be nice to hear some information!

We're seeing connection attempts hitting us, but the password you're connecting with is wrong. Can you try logging in to the router and retyping your connection password in to the relevant section please.

I forgot to add, the faults checker identified an issue with the phone line so I'm just testing that now.
However updating the password in your router should allow you to connect.
*edit*
No fault was found on the line test. Can you let us know if you have any issues after updating the connection password.
