Nil usage recorded since Saturday 12th Sept 2015

Being as I am on Unlimited Fibre, it is of no great consequence to me that you don't appear to be recording my bandwidth usage but I thought I would mention it in case there are wider implications.
Indeed according to your figures I have used just 127.62Mb since Friday 11th September, whereas in reality on last Friday alone I downloaded around 20Gb of full HD content from BBC iPlayer and have been watching HD video on YouTube and viewing further iPlayer content in the subsequent days.
Maybe someone should take a look at this?

Have you been keeping track of which gateway you are on?

Re: Nil usage recorded since Saturday 12th Sept 2015

Just checked and no usage showing for me since 02/09 which, coincidentally, is when my connection last disconnected. Currently on pcl-bng01...
