Newly installed fibre with engineer showing static red and not connecting

Engineer came said internet should work after modem re-syncs he then leaves and turns his phone off.
Router is static red with static red B on the front.
Customer service is too busy to contact. What can I do?

I assume the Openreach technician came on Friday or yesterday and you received the notification from Plusnet that the order is complete etc
As you can post on this forum I also assume you have access to the internet on your mobile phone at home.
If so, you can follow the Plusnet troubleshooting process at:
This should raise a fault with Plusnet, if necessary, without needing to call Plusnet.
