Newly installed fibre with engineer showing static red and not connecting

Engineer came said internet should work after modem re-syncs he then leaves and turns his phone off. 

Router is static red with static red B on the front.

Customer service is too busy to contact. What can I do?

Just follow the instructions, i.e. wait until your account activates - it can be any time up to midnight.

Contact PN tomorrow if it is still not working.

He said the modem would resync in ten minutes and be ready so I was following the instructions directly from the engineer.
