Newly installed Fibre Optic in my area, How do I upgrade?

Fibre Optic has finished installing in my local area, is it possible to upgrade via my account?

Possibly but I don't recommend it

By the looks of it, it still isn't available in my area despite it being advertised on Uswitch

Hi @shiobi12 as Oldjim said you are better contacting the options team to arrange a deal for the upgrade. However, as its showing that it is not available just yet, you can keep checking the change tool. Once this is showing that you can upgrade, contact the options team. You can also check https://www.superfast-openreach.co.uk/where-and-when/ using your phone number this would also indicate when the fibre is activated.
