• I'm signed up for fibre broadband
• I need to get a fibre connection
• When I moved in to my house 16 years ago it was set up for cable

Hello @Garry51 and welcome to the forums

I concur with Oldjim. To add to it though, in most cases if fibre is available to order through the Sales option on our website/over the phone then we'll be able to install a new phone line for you if there isn't a compatible line already there.
