Newbie install question.

Hi having fiber installed on 2 weeks time.I believe Openreach install a modem that will plug into the new router that plusnet are sending.I would much prefer to use my own router which is a Netgear DGND3700 v2 which has a plug the back for fiber/cable.So my question is will i just have to change the setting on the netgear?

Yes, you'll need to configure it for a PPPoE connection using your PlusNet username & password on the WAN port.
