New user - no connection, username stuck at setup@plusdsl.net

Hi all,

Got my connection activated yesterday, but can't connect to the internet. Hub is stuck with username of setup@plusdsl.net and doesn't pickup my login details. Tried entering credentials manually but no luck (can't establish ppp connection with these). As it is i seem to be trapped in a setup subnet that doesn't route packets to the outside world.

Anyone managed to get this fixed?

Sorry  to hear this.

Can you try resetting the router using the pinhole at the back?

Alternatively can you try re-entering your details again
