im changing from bt infinity 2 to plus-net fibre
i was supposed to be connected yesterday but I still have no internet
as bt stopped my connection on Sunday
is there any chance of an update as the phone support is on a 20 min wait

I've just done that now and you should be able to get online.

just got connected using my bt home hub 5
