New router

Hi all,
I've been a plusnet customer for years and I was wondering how easy it would be to get the latest fibre router?
I recently started a new contract but wasn't actually offered a router... Currently using a very old dated router/modem combo.

@Jelldog  The "latest" fibre router offered by PlusNet is an old rebadged BT homehub 5A and basically it is rubbish. The most recent firmware update a year or so ago has caused huge wifi problems which are still ongoing. See the lengthy thread in the "My router" forum. If you are not having speed or connection problems I would stick with what you've got or get a BT Hub 6 on a well known auction site for a reasonable price. It will work well on PlusNet FTTC without the external modem and does not suffer from the Hub1 WiFi problems.

I've actually just ordered a bt smart hub so hopefully that gives me better results 👍
