New router for new Fibre install

Is this router going to be ok for the job

Or do I need the modem model ?

Should be fine, the blue port on the back is the WAN port connect that to the BT Openreach modem that you get installed when the engineer comes out

I've been using that model just fine for a while now, running the standard TP-Link firmware. It works well at both 2.4GHz and 5GHz.
Right now, I have flashed it with a version of OpenWRT firmware, so I can connect a 4G modem to it.
