New network: very slow page loading and buffering

Been having issues with slow web pages and buffering on videos could someone have a look please?

Been having the same issues as @andytay. Some pages take a long time to load. And then Google Chrome pops up saying "do you want to wait and/or kill the page?" You wait and wait and then it loads. Videos are now also suddenly buffering on YouTube and Facebook.
I never had ANY of these issues on the old network. Can someone please look at this and advise how this can be fixed? Or is this an "ongoing" problem/process?
Gateway Tool check says:-

They have been having problems with new network https://community.plus.net/t5/Fibre-Broadband/High-packet-loss-and-other-DNS-issues/td-p/1354749.
But was under the impression it had been fixed ? there is some network maintenance next week , but i cant say if its connected .
Hopefully one of PN staff will check this
samsung 850evo 250gig , WD black 2 TB . Asus Phoebus sound ,
16 gig Avexir ram 2400 , water cooling Corsair H100i gtx ,
Corsair 750HXI Psu , Phanteks Enthoo pro case .

Same issues here. Only been with Plusnet a month...kind of wishing i stayed with Sky now as never had this issue for the past 10 years of service from them
